  We usually like Pizza Hut. You guys need to fix the app. I called the store to possibly place an order, and they said they don’t have any control over the app. You are a million dollar corporation, make people order on the app just for the app to not work. I have points that I would like to use because the app won’t let me place an order. I understand it’s not your employees fault, but Pizza Hut shouldn’t make people order from the app and then make it impossible to place an order. The two stars are for the corporation, this store is always good, but it’s impossible to place an order online. No excuse as to why a billion dollar corporation can’t have a functional app.

  People were eating in the back while making our pizza. Asked politely to cancel the order, manager spoke over us and said your order is coming out. Didn’t listen to the concern.

  This Pizza Hut knocks the ball out of the park! We have ate here many times and have ALWAYS had great pizza and amazing service. Hats off to the servers Ashley and Paris for being so awesome and attentive and the very friendly managers that repeatedly come check on everyone throughout our meal. Even though it is a chain it definitely has a family atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about this dine in Pizza Hut!

  My family order at the Benton location very often, we have noticed the service has went down drastically within the past 2 months . We waited in line 30 minutes, people were having to go in to get their orders, another time the employee almost forgot to charge us for our order, this time the employees were rude , would shut the window while we were asking a question. The pizza looked as if it had been dropped, the crust was off half the pizza , I paid for extra pepperoni and definitely didn’t get that . I’m not sure what has happened because this place use to have it together. As much as we love Pizza Hut pizza I think we have decided to go somewhere else.

  Delivery service is trash. I have yet to get my correct order from them when I order from the app for delivery. I’m happy to tip well to make the delivery worth the drivers’ time, but kinda hard to justify when we have to go back to the store ourselves to get what we actually ordered. **Husband came back from the store. He had to wait for service because an employee had their kid there… be so for real..
