  Went through the drive through last night . Got a combo my burger was raw inside. Curly fries was terrible. This store will not answer their phone and does not have room in memory to leave a message. I tried to call them last night also at opening hours today. My meal was 16.25 so I’m guessing I threw that money away. I called corporate on this store so let’s see what happens. Update: finally got through on the phone at the restaurant. I Talked to the manager she was very friendly and apologized. She Made the transaction right with me. I just wanted to give an update right is right and wrong is wrong. Thank you for making it right with me and your curiosity.

  Brisket looked like shredded pork. Everything was cold. Almost $30 Definitely not worth it You used to get sliced brisket. Now you get shredded meat and a packet of bbq sauce. What happened to Arbys. Used to be made to order. Now it’s assemble after you order

  Usually this place is good. Today it was awful. We've seen them be out of roast beef and have a 45 minute wait before but ugh. Ordered food after a family, poor cashier was having trouble. When name was called to get order I noticed somethings were missing. Cashier wasn't there, people were waiting to order. I caught the drive in person and got 2 items I needed. Cashier was kind of hidden working fryer. After I sat down and watched a family of 3 leave that were behind us. Sat down and the two roast beef sandwiches were the wrong ones. Took back up and had to wait while they checked order. Then a guy still waiting left since no one took his order. After waiting for quite a bit I received my two roast beef and sat down. Well the beef was pinkish like undercooked. I thought the beef was precooked. So instead of complaining again we just left and recooked beef to done and reheated fries that were cold before we left due to waiting on sandwiches. Not sure what problem was today but definitely going downhill lately. $36 for subpar food.
