  My milkshake couldn’t be drunk through the straw they gave me, tried many different straws at home still couldn’t drink it. I already had to wait 15 min at the drive through when there was only one person in front of me who ordered a tiny amount of food and small drink. Not to also mention my milkshake was supposed to be a large Oreo milkshake turns out to be a bit of Oreo on top of a bunch of vanilla soft serve. To top it all off my cup had a small hole in the bottom creating a milkshake mess in my car on my way home. Ruined my night.

  Absolutely terrible service worst I’ve ever experienced waited an HOUR in the driveway thru line when their was 2 freaking cars in line it’s ridiculous here. The food was freezing cold last time I had a hair in my food it looks absolutely disgusting. This is the worst dorveway thru line I’ve ever experienced theirs even winter with pink hair if that tells you something. Sonic in bardstown needs to get it together quick or we’re gonna have a problem .

  I placed a mobile order at 213, Parked in stall 11 and told order be out at 219. 231 no site of no food dinged red button and they said they didn’t have a carhop. I’d have to come thru Drive thru. Ugh, been nice to have been told that to start with. Instead good been Sitting There now for 22 minutes. Then they waited on the other lane before me And I was pulled up first. They need to get their crap together. It’s now 247 and still not got to window. Food been sitting foe nearly 30 mins

  I’ve came here a few times and left feeling the same way. I have never left a review for a business, I’m not that type of person. However, I’ve had multiple problems with the sonic gear and it hasn’t been a one time occur. Everyone I come there are barely any cars and it takes 10 minutes to have my order taken, and another ten minutes to get through the drive thru. The window people are not friendly. Everytime I get my food it is chewy and cold. I worked at a sonic before, so I understand it can be hard at times, but this has became a consistent issue.

  Normally Sonic is a hit or miss for me. I've been to certain locations that are ran down and have rude employees working there that probably shouldn't work around customers. But the Shepherdsville location, nothing but great things. Wait time is bearable, the employees are friendly, and your order is right more times than not.
