Ordered grilled chicken with ranch but couldn't get ranch with it. Have gotten breakfast here for my mom when taking her to appointments but she never got to eat because they would screw them up everytime also. Spoke with a so called manager but she knew nothing as she stated she only works in the back in the office. She said I had to speak with the owner, so I asked what his or her name was, she didn't know the owners name but said they could call me when he or she got in. How is this restaurant running if no one knows nothing? Get people that knows how to run a business in here.

I’ve ordered from them three times now and each time every time I walk inside to order, there’s nothing but highschoolers working the front counter. I feel like I’m walking into a school cafeteria. No adults or managers in sight and these kids all too busy making their own orders and their own food and hanging out with their fellow co-workers. Also two out of the three times I’ve eaten here, we’ve gotten sick from their food. I don’t know if there’s a cross-contamination issue but within 15 minutes of eating a grilled chicken sandwich, I was sick for hours. Not a good experience and not a restaurant I’d recommend. I love Chick-fil-A is a whole, but I’m used to the efficient service from the Louisville area franchises. This one just feels incredibly slow and not well managed.

Not only does every single one of the staff go above and beyond for customers, but both team leads, Marybrooke and Jason have been so willing to fix any issues that may have arose within my visits. They are always checking on customers and making sure to provide excellent customer service! I can’t say enough good things about the quality of food, and the quality of service I receive each time! Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town :)
