  Even though we have 2 other Taco bells in the area, we tried this one because we just shopped at Walmart. The traffic in and out is horrendous. The staff isn’t friendly. The rice was crunchy and they barely put any meat in anything. All for $42, which would get you more at Texas Roadhouse.

  We a cheesy gordita crunch and cantina crispy taco, there was no cheese on the outside and they were cold to the touch. We went back and the employee walked away mid conversation after stating she definitely made it fresh because she messed up the first one. I had to call her back to tell her the gordita was also cold and missing the cheese on the outside. They took the food back and I didn't see them throw it away, which is concerning because I had definitely touched all over them while trying to explain that they were cold. What we got as replacements still had almost no cheese on the outside and they were so messy with the sauce it was everywhere including the outside of the taco. They were not wearing name tags and said they "don't have to give names". It's been reported to corporate. Also the womens bathroom had no hand soap at all, idk if or how they are washing their hands.

  Close this location and give us a Cookout! Totally pointless and never busy whenever I pass it. We have enough Taco Bells in this area.

  Awful. This place is a joke. They wouldn’t give me my orders as I was showing them the code, horrible attitude. My drink overflowed and they said “don’t give her any napkins” you couldn’t pay me enough to eat here again.

  Employees basically ignored me and my friend u til they physically could not ignore us. The food was ok. But the customer service was just horrendous and the employees weren’t even sorry about it. It wasn’t just my friends though, no one checks on the front and monitors the register because they think that everyone will just use the kiosks.
