  My wife has celiac disease, but she really loves sonic. Today was the first day that we’ve ever ordered there that something went wrong First ordered a sandwich without a bun, which is clear on what the purpose is and then also without onions she gets the sandwich and gets back to the church where we’re eating, and it has bun and covered with onions. I don’t know who’s doing the sandwich making, but they’re not paying attention to what they’re doing. They need to fix this stuff

  They completely wasted our time. Made us wait 40 minutes for our food to find out they gave us the completely wrong order. Thankfully we hadn't drive off without checking the bag. Not only that the women's bathroom is locked and no one can get it open, so everyone is restoring to use the mens restroom. I highly suggest finding a better location or going to somewhere else. Edited: we informed them about the mistake, they fixed almost everything, but ultimately they messed up on the remake.

  Ashland kentucky location , the food was awful, cold , burger 🍔 meat tastes like a bubba burger, french fries , tater tots cold too much salt, waste of money very disappointing , 👎, employees standing outside smoking, awful experience.
