  We ordered a sandwich tray for a large group with specific instruction for lettuce/tomato on the side. We then actually stopped by the store the day before to reconfirm. The order was made wrong with L/T placed on the sandwiches. The manager on duty lied and said that we hadn’t specified. He agreed to remake but then when we went to pick up without the wrong order he would not give us the newly made correct order. Another trip had to be made. The same manager then lied again and said he had told us to bring the wrongly made order. He did not. We certainly won’t be using them again. The rest of the staff members were nice and apologetic. That manager certainly needs a lesson in customer service. He should have not made us drive and additional 20 min there and 20 bk to return a soggy sandwich tray. The customer isn’t always right but when they are correct don’t lie about it. Make it right and try to keep their business. Had he done so I wouldn’t be writing this.
