  Listening skills are a major part of working the drive thru. This is why I go to Starbucks. All the Dunkin’s around here are trash. (Dear whoever is in charge of deciding what establishments become, please for the love of god, make this another Starbucks, and with all new employees of course🙃)

  Tell the girl with all the facial piercings and the girl training the window to check their attitude thanks. Just cause you’re having a crappy morning doesn’t mean you got to ruin everyone else’s. If my guys ever treated customers like that I’d fire them on the spot. AND IT WAS ALL BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A STRAW AND EMPTY CUP FOR MY KIDS CHOCOLATE MILK.

  I used to come here all the time. Lately everytime I get a breakfast sandwich with white cheddar, they put the wrong cheese on it. Then when I ask for it to be remade the sandwich I get back is burned and the egg tastes old. The last time it was completely inedible. It's like I'm being punished for them messing up the order. I started driving down the road to the one in Cold Spring.

  I’m honestly really frustrated with this location. Every single time we come here, something is wrong. This time I ordered the loaded hashbrowns and they were completely cold, like they had just come straight out of a refrigerator. Other visits, my drinks are wrong. It’s only this location that we ever have these issues with, which makes it even more disappointing. I really expect better consistency and quality. At this point, I’m just over it.
