  Legit have no idea why the rating is so low for this place. This is honestly one of the best Chipotles I've ever been to. The portions are HUGE, even when I ordered through doordash from here they were massive. The team inside has always been kind to me and clearly are working their butts off. Delicious and worth every penny.

  It’s always the second or third shift people they never wanna make food. They don’t do anything they don’t clean. They don’t do nothing. The place is disgusting. There is a man named Ben dietz that was selling drugs out of the back door of chipotle IS THIS WHO CHIPOTLE HIRES?????? Drug attics?? People who sell drugs???? This is terrrible!!!!!!!! Something needs done about this chipotle. DONT GO HERE!!!!!! I seen roaches and bugs crawling around management needs to get their shit together it’s ridiculous. It’s nasty. DONT EAT HERE. DONT EAT here!!!!!!!!!

  I’m genuinely so over this chipotle! I only come here every now and then. I don’t like spending a bunch of money on food, but I was starving after work so I placed an online order. I get there and they’re actively making it while I’m in the drive-thru, yet once I finally go to start eating it 15 minutes later, it’s missing my favorite toppings. Nobody told me they were out of anything, just handed me the bag. Wtf? Sorry but I don’t want a bland bowl, I like flavor and you guys just missed my favorite ingredients. I’d come inside if it were an option, but I’m 7 months pregnant and it hurts to walk. Then I go to report the issue to the app and they offer me a free drink. Wow. Waste of money and food because it’s literally not what I ordered.

  this was some of the worst customer service ive ever expericed. the girl that was making our bowls was very rude rolling her eyes and overall in a pissy mood as if we came in right before close. we came in 2 hours before. she was about 20 years old with dark brown hair. it felt like the whole environment was based on her shitty mood. this is not $50 service. they also gave us the wrong kind of chips. i feel this woman needs to be seriously redirected about her customer service and how she interacts with people. very dissapointed.

  Avoid this location if you can, do yourself a favor and drive to the Highland Heights Chipotle instead, which is miles better. ​We placed an app order for Chipotlane pickup and arrived a few minutes after our scheduled time. There was no line, it was after 9:30 pm, we were the only car at the drive-thru window, and we could literally see our completed order sitting on the rack inside. Despite having three employees working, two were doing nothing while one attended to a single customer inside. After waiting at the window for nearly 10 minutes with no service, we had to park and walk inside just to get our food. ​To make matters worse, when we got home, the order was completely wrong. Key ingredients (lettuce and sour cream) were missing even though they were clearly printed on the label, and the chicken portion was half of what you normally get. It feels like they just hired a bunch of high schoolers with zero management or care for quality. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
