  Muti times over last 2 years our orders are incorrect. Doesn’t matter if ordered on app or at Sonic. Missing muti products that are on sales ticket. Or items do not match sales tickets. The temp of food and quality varies to much from order to order. We stopped going to Winfiled Sonic and only order from Arkcity. We live between towns -Winfield is a little closer not having to drive through Arkcity. However, Arkcity service is considerably better - very few mistakes with quality- temp of food is hands down better.

  They took forever making everyone’s food we was in the heat for a while and then they forgot our sauce so we had to spin back and she said someone will walk it out and never did so we waited about 30+ mins just for a coney and mozzarella sticks

  Do not order a grilled cheese it was cold bread with a slice of cheese had the car hop look at it just shrugged her shoulders I threw it out in parking slot

  Wednesday, June 24th, my stepfather and my niece and I went to the Winfield sonic ordered our food got home and of course, it was wrong so I called up there. The manager was rude and accused me of lying told me, I had to bring the whole order back so there, you know, right there. It's going to be cold when I get Home. Refuse to replace or refund the $40 order. And I got up there, he came out to the car with ungloved hands, he pawed through my food and then argued with me that it was still right when I'm clearly telling him that that hamburger is not a Chicken Fried steak sandwich that we ordered and he got mad and threw. The sack at me and I filed assault charges on him. I'm currently waiting to hear back from The Police detectives. I haven't received any callback from corporate. And I'm rather disappointed in sonic, I worked for sonic several years after high school and in my 20s, and they would have never accepted this kind of behavior or service..
