  I ordered DoorDash. I ordered 2 combos and 10 piece boneless wings. Received my order and it’s just the wings cold and hard. No fries and drinks. I called the store 6 times before someone finally answered the phone. A guy answered and put me on hold for 20 minutes twice. Finally he says he needs to get the manager. The manager gets on the phone and immediately tells me what she can’t do. Never stating what they can do and acting like it’s my fault that I didn’t get what I ordered. Repeatedly asking me can I pick it up after I told her several times I didn’t have a ride. The whole purpose of me placing a DoorDash order in the first place. Then she finally says she will put my name down but I have to tell her what day and time I can pick it up. Now I’m forced to get a Lyft just to rectify there mistake. No accountability at all. Poor customer service.

  I scheduled my order at 6pm anticipating my family’s night for it to be ready at 8pm. I show up at 8pm to pick it up and I see it is in the first bar of the cooking timeline. I am told they are 40 minutes behind. I scheduled two hours ahead of time for this very reason of course wingstop gets busy but you would think they would use some time management skills to prepare to have an order that they obviously see in the system two hours ahead of time. Obviously there was no regard for the delay as if it’s something the customers are simply supposed to put up with. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this location I’ve never had a restaurant treat me with such lack of consideration and communication whoever is in charge there needs to be retrained in how to anticipate heavy volume and how to be courteous with customers when this happens. I would like an area manager to reach out to me and make this right. I spent almost 70$ I could have very easily gone somewhere else and will definitely choose a different location in the future.

  Tried the atomic wing sauce today, not bad, not bad at all, look forward to have more in the future.

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I came to this Wingstop today expecting a normal experience, but the customer service was honestly shocking. One of the employees (girl with curly red hair) was very rude, had an attitude, and made my fiancé and I feel VERY uncomfortable just for being there. There was no reason for it at all — we were polite and just trying pick up our food. The food might be good, but the way customers are treated here needs SERIOUS improvement. It’s frustrating because customer service is such a basic expectation. Management really needs to address this.
