    My first time going and last. First of all, it smells bad in there, and second of all, we literally got the leftovers of the smoothies they had already made. One of them was watery and not even full.

    First off on the way anybody orders your smoothies or just trash second off anytime I ever come in here for a GrubHub order again and you guys put my order last because you’re lazy gonna take something for my Customer off yourself OK and you’re gonna pay for it because my customer shouldn’t be put last because you’re lazy

    I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but after several experiences over the past few weeks, I felt it was important to leave a review in hopes that improvements are made. Unfortunately, this was the third visit where the environment felt very unprofessional. There was frequent yelling and inappropriate language from staff members, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. In addition, I waited over 20 minutes for a single smoothie, and when I finally received it, it was extremely watery and had spilled all over the outside of the cup. The overall customer service and professionalism have been consistently disappointing during my recent visits. I truly hope management addresses these concerns, as this location has potential, but the current experience does not reflect the level of service customers should expect.

    I came to this location earlier this afternoon to try the acai smoothie bowl with boba. I really enjoy smoothie bowls especially in warmer weather. I had never had one from Tropical Smoothie Cafe before, so I was excited to give it a try. I ordered through the drive-thru and then drove just a couple of minutes to a mostly empty parking lot so I could eat it before it melted on the way home. When I opened the bag, I was immediately disappointed. Instead of a thick, layered smoothie bowl like the photos and reviews I had seen online, it looked like a soupy mixture with almost no visible toppings. Everything seemed to be mixed together. I still tried to remain optimistic and tried it anyways. When I tried it however, it was lukewarm and not cold at all, which was unexpected for a smoothie bowl. The flavor itself was fine, but I couldn't enjoy it or really take even more than a couple of bites because it was more like a smoothie soup, I almost needed a straw for it. A smoothie bowl is supposed to be thick, creamy, and cold with distinct fruit and granola for toppings, and that is not what I received. Again I only drove about 2 minutes after picking it up, so it shouldn't have melted that quickly. I didn't go back because I didn't have the time and didn't want to make a big deal out of it. But overall I was really disappointed with what I received compared to what I was supposed to get.
