  Have had a Topgolf platinum membership for many years and been to many of them around the country. This is the worst run Topgolf I’ve ever been to. They literally put you in bays that do not work. Service is slow. The staff are some of the worst I’ve ever seen at the front desk.

  Me and my wife and some friends went in on Mother’s Day and told the lady we would like to pay for an hour. She said it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, after making a surprised remark she replied to me saying “it’s Mother’s Day bruh”. First of all that’s just very unprofessional and second of all I’m not her “bruh” was not very inviting

  Alot of fun. Great for a group of all skill levels. If you have a decent swing, dont put yourself at beginner level. 🤣 Food and drinks are on the pricey side for what they are. The food was very good for the typical bar foods.

  I had the absolute misfortune of visiting Topgolf Wichita, and I can confidently say it’s the only place that has successfully combined the price of a night out with the customer experience of being ignored at a DMV… during a power outage. We spent nearly THREE HOURS there and somehow discovered their bold new dining concept: you don’t eat. Not by choice—oh no—but because ordering food was apparently too ambitious for the evening. Impressive, considering their entire culinary operation appears to revolve around reheating frozen items. I’ve seen microwaves with stronger leadership. The real kicker? They knew we were coming. Reservations and everything. And yet staffing seemed to be handled with the same precision as a blindfolded dart throw. It’s almost admirable—if your goal is chaos. Let’s talk gameplay. The turf was wrinkled like a forgotten shirt at the bottom of a suitcase, adding a fun “is this a sport or a safety hazard?” twist. And just when you think you might salvage some enjoyment, the screens shut off 15 minutes early—because nothing says “thanks for your money” like cutting you off before you’re done. Now, the staff. A true mixed bag. Some were genuinely nice, which made the others stand out even more as if they were actively competing in a “who can care less” contest. The general atmosphere was less “welcome” and more “why are you still here?”—which, fair question, honestly. Management deserves a special shoutout for orchestrating this symphony of dysfunction. Running a business where the hardest task is plugging in appliances shouldn’t be this difficult, yet here we are—witnessing greatness in all the wrong ways. If you’re looking for a place to not eat, not finish your game, and feel like an inconvenience the entire time, this is your spot. I won’t be back—but I do wish them luck in eventually discovering the revolutionary concept of “having enough staff to serve customers.”
