  Dirty inside. Never gets a single order right, not even a drink (god forbid you’re a diabetic and want a diet drink). Just ordered nachos that automatically comes with beef and only got beans and cheese. They also take forever no matter the time of day. I have to go to the derby location that’s further from my house just to get a correct order. Tired of having to send corporate an email just to get a refund everytime the mess up my order so badly

  I have very positive things to say about this Taco Bell and the exceptional people who work here. Their customer focused decisions facilitated a remarkable and memorable experience for myself and my friends. And it tasted exactly like you think Taco Bell is going to taste when you order it. Robust, suspiciously fresh, and filled with culinary charisma. I won’t ever be back, because I don’t live in Wichita. But if I did I would go with confidence and enthusiasm.

  The tacos were okay but my wait in the drive thru was unacceptable. I waited 15-20 minutes and there was no way to get out of line once you're in the drive thru line. I will not be back.

  I have gone to this location a few times and have had maybe two seamless experiences. Your best bet is to hit the drive-thru window, because that is where 100 percent of the focus is in that kitchen. These dudes are rockstars when you go through the drive-thru, but there are a lot of things that are being missed when you place a takeout order inside the restaurant. Let me put this into context. I took my wife out tonight just for a quick bite, and our experience was everything but quick. We first attempted the drive-thru, waited ten minutes in line, and got out of line because it wasn’t moving. We chose to go inside and used the kiosk to place our order. We placed our order and so began the wait. We waited close to 30 minutes to receive our order— $39 worth of food and drinks. We watched the entire restaurant turn over completely while waiting for our food. Everyone who had come in to eat had gotten their food, finished it, and left, and some families even had time to come in, place their order, eat their food, and leave before we even got ours. I expressed my displeasure with the staff for the long wait, and all I got was a turned away “Oh, sorry about that.” No offers to make it right, no offered refunds, coupons, nothing. I wanted to speak to the manager on duty, but the restaurant was starting to get busy and didn’t want to be “that guy.” The entire time, the drive-thru had a line wrapping around the building out and into the parking lot. Once we got home — come to find out, my food was incorrect. 40 plus minute visit, all to find out that there in fact was still sour cream in our loaded grillers. We will not return to this location. I know, I know — “BuT iT’s fAsT fOoD!!!!” Maybe if there were some focus in the kitchen, we would not have issues with incorrect food or ridiculous wait times. This experience was absolutely uncalled for.
