    It is your typical Taco Bell. Sometimes it is pretty slow and the drive thru get backed up. The drive thru lane itself is poorly designed and if you get in line you are stuck, even if you have been waiting 25 minutes. Last experience was pretty bad when I went to pick up a mobile order and they gave me the wrong food after still waiting 15 minutes. I had to go back through the drive thru, where the employee had me struggle to back out and pull up to the doors outside to swap orders, and then my food was still prepared improperly. EDIT : I got a $15 coupon on the app when I clicked "Something wrong with your order?" I gave this location another try today and I can not tell which experience was worse. Today I chose to pick up my mobile order inside, when I arrived four employees were right outside the door vaping and talking. When I went inside and sat down to wait a few minutes for my order nobody ever greeted me. I saw my order get placed at the shelf and went to get it but still wasn't acknowledged. At least 5 people saw me from behind thr counter and I had to get their attention as they were all laughing and talking with someone that didn't even work there. Finally an employee came and gave me my order but took ages to get my drink, I wasn't a big fan of his non work shirt that was covered in pet hair. I also wasn't a fan of the employee that came out of the bathroom and was struggling to put on gloves and had scabs all over his arms. Food was okay, drink was good, but hopefullh you can't mess up a soda with vanilla cream added in. I don' know if I see myself coming back to this location, which is a shame because it's the only Taco Bell near me

    My soda was supposed to be diet because I'm a diabetic and I asked for it to be replaced. And was told they cant take it back in a rude manner.

    I understand it's rush hour but the workers were so slow and were so rude in drive thru. It seemed like the woman was training on the speaker so it did take a while to get out food ordered, which is understandable. The wait was long as we watched people return their food because it was wrong (no surprise ours was too). They didn't tell us that the Baja freeze machine was thawing when we ordered but then still tried to have us pay for it AFTER telling us. When we said something about it, the young lady was kind of snippy about it but did give us our change back. Most of it unfortunately blew away in the wind (we weren't expecting her to give us new bills bc of drawer/inventory), and the girl seemed peeved about that as well even though we were apologetic. She gave us the wrong drink after the fact and, again, when we tried to say something she was really snippy and said "it says it's the right one on the receipt so". Unsure of how that's the case when the woman taking our order repeated back our order around 4 times (The woman training seemed to have trouble entering in our order since she had to redo it multiple times, so maybe that's how the error happened?), correctly? Our food was wrong as well but we didn't want to further hold up the line or continue having an attitude from a (seemed to be) 16 year old. Further boosted by the fact that we saw multiple people having to go back inside the building to fix their orders. All in all this was an unpleasant experience, especially compared to the other times we have gone. Usually despite the rush they're at least kind!
