Never get the proper food in the bag and when I go to tell them about a messed up order. I'm met with an ugly attitude and an argument. I hope corporate shuts this location down.
- 9906UP !Jun 13, 20263.0We were given a traditional flat quesdila. We ordered the new rolled quesidila(sp) meal (#9). When asked about it the guy at the window said his cook didn't know how to roll it....its a taco shop 🙄... they roll burritos by the thousands. How do you not know how to roll a quesidila(sp) 😆. The menu shows 2 rolls. He said it is one roll cut in half. This meal along with a #8 was over $25🤑... I think it will be a while before this Taco Bell gets my business again. (I generally don't leave a bad to nominal review, but this visit was crazy enough to be frustrating. Especially at premium prices).

I mentioned that I did not get my nachos and the lady at the window was nice and the cook came over and said very rudely, they're right there. After I got home, there was only I order of chips and cheese and should have been 2. My mistake with the order, but the attitude and false statement, wouldn't go there again. I'll always use the Park City location. They are excellent.'

There's usually only 3 people working, a completely unused side of the kitchen, and a line around the building. The staff moves at a snail's pace, and orders normally take 20 to 25 minutes or longer! I really keep hoping that this will change some day, but its been like this since they opened.
