Sitting in drive through for over 15 minutes is to long for any place. It's called a "Drive Through" for the convenience of the ones that don't have time to waste!!!!

I have been to this location multiple times and they have messed up my order multiple times (one near my house so I go to it after work) even order in the day sometimes and there has been multiple times they have messed my order up but this time they didn’t mess it up. But they gave me some old chicken I bit into it and it was harder than a rock. Yes I know I keep coming back but it like a toxic relationship to be real😒

Took 30 min for a small order in the drive thru. The manager and owner must really not care about customers. One person was cooking the rest were standing around with a line around the corner. They closed the lobby in our face at 845 pm when it closes at 9pm. Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell or fast food place in general. I will literally go to a taco bell pit of my way not to come here again.

my burrito fell apart when I opened the wrapper from the food being stuck to the wrapper. Peeled burrito off, but now it’s all torn apart. I’m looking at the innards and they have all the meat at the front end and all the rice at the back. I took it home and tried to fix it. Not happy with my food, but I will try to eat it anyway. ❄️🩼🌯
