  Went in today ordering my sandwich per usual. Start making my veggie request when the gentleman stopped me and insisted I tell him what sauce. I stated I prefer that after my veggies. He went on a whole rant of why sauce had to be first. I was a little annoyed but told him the sauce and was going to continue on. Made the statement that this had never been an issue before and the dude with long hair got involved and started going on how I come in and never follow policy and belittling me simply because I made a request in the order of my sandwich. I did not finish my order and promptly left. I guess if you prefer your sauce after your veggies they have the right to act like you’re committing crimes against humanity and belittle you. Never in my life has this been an issue until today and the long haired dude was way out of line. Not sure why it was an issue to begin with let alone be belittled over it.

  Anthony is the person I have issue with. I ordered a double meat, double cheese steak and cheese sandwich. Along with another regular sandwich, which was fine I suppose. We went at 2:50 in the afternoon. We waited for fresh cookies as the ones we ordered were not cooked. The bread we chose was also not available so im not even sure why the order was confirmed instead of canceled. Any how, got home and my sandwich was not made right. No double meat. No extra cheese. The bread was burnt and hard as a rock. I called and spoke with Anthony and he had an instant attitude. I was told that I could not get a sandwich remade, or a refund as the one sandwich cost me around $18. I was told if I had an issue I could call his GM Shane on Monday. That doesn't get me an edible sandwich today. I'm angry, annoyed, and HUNGRY! Subway, regardless of the owner/proprietor/franchisee, it's still your name. I would appreciate a remedy to this. I worked for your company. We order from you twice a week. That's a lot of money I spend with you. Do the right thing and reach out to me to remedy this ASAP. Thank you.
