- CECristal EstradaApr 27, 20261.0I first walked in because I had an issue with a promo, the guy at the register immediately shut me down, talking about they don’t handle anything of the sort in store … okay … I asked for guidance on how to get my order in with the promo he rolled his eyes and told me the promo, I walked off to put in my order only to find out that my order was wrong. Went right back inside.. first, bad customer service, 2 promo wrong & 3 order was wrong i asked to speak to a lead and the girl up front said “she doesn’t want to speak with me because she’s not clocked in “ Never again!
