  Waited half an hour at an empty sonic for 2 ice creams only to find a hair sitting at the top of one of the ice creams. Will never eat here again.

  A solid Sonic food and drink-wise! They always get our order right and their staff is friendly. However, some days it seems to take forever. On my most recent visit, on a weeknight evening around 8PM, it took about 20 minutes to get a single drink (just a diet pop with a flavor syrup in it). As far as I could tell, they weren't very busy. That being said, if you don't mind a wait, the food is solid and staff are very kind

  03/16/26 ☆ I've been to this location before usually it's ok. However, today it was inexcusable. First ordering in the app now isn't worth it.. you can't use a deal and a reward at the same time. So if you want your discount on your drinks you better not be wanting anything else off the special deal menu cuz it won't let you do it. There's nowhere to ask for condiments either which is a joke anyway (limit 5? Come on!). So you can't save money anymore you can't get the things you need, and I refuse to park in a pickup spot because then I can't push a button to talk to the people if there's a problem (which os most of the time) or if I want to change something. But today aside from The Nightmare ordering process, I get there and I wait 20 minutes for two corn dogs at chili Frito wrap and two drinks. When I finally did get my order the guy that brought it out was rude, I asked him I said are my condiments in there they should be and I said well I've heard that before hold on a minute and when I got in there I had one packet of mustard, like that's going to work for two corn dogs, you need a minimum of two packets of mustard per corn dog, at least I remembered my Ranch. But then I took a bite of the corn dog and it was lukewarm borderline cold. So those went in the trash, I couldn't wait or go back in or loop around because I was already late for an appointment because it took me 20 minutes to get my order! I think I'm done with Sonic I've said this before but I really think I'm done now. I am so tired of getting crappy food for expensive money and then it not even being done correctly. I wish there was a way I could take my tip back cuz that guy didn't deserve it. He walked off as I'm talking to him completely ignoring me blew me off...done being screwed over.
