  Worst customer service ever. Ordered at a stall, and then waited for about 30 minutes for 2 drinks. After seeing every other car get their orders, we pressed the button again and said we are still waiting on our 2 drinks. The lady said she couldnt hear us and would come out. We waited another 8 minutes for nobody to come out. Big thumbs down 👎

  Not bad but the drive-thru speaker is very quiet and needs to be turned up more.

  Went to Sonic 7/24 to begin with horrible customer service because the lady taking our order acted like she didn't wanna be there! We had a big order once we got our food it wasn't made right and our order was all wrong and horrible! To top matters off almost every customer that has gotten there and or went through was completely gone when they finally decided to bring our food out! Our wait time was like 45 minutes and when the car hop brought our food out she was just as rude!! This was the Pawnee location!! I guess our money isn't wanted there!! We won't ever be back again and that means your store loses out on a 60 dollar order!!!
