  I don’t usually go to sonic because I feel their food is overpriced. But tonight I had to stop somewhere to grab some lunch for work. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and a Route 44 sprite. The sprite was PACKED with ice so I had to stop at a gas station to get something else to drink. Then it wasn’t until I got to work that I discovered all 5 of the chicken tenders are slightly bigger than the sauce it comes with. I can’t believe sonic would think it’s ok. 13 dollars for that is insane. I want a refund.

  5/6/26 Tonight my daughter placed an order on her Sonic app for 4 drinks, a float, and a chicken wrap. She tipped 10% on the bill. We ordered on our phone as we pulled up to the mobile pick up spot. The order was placed at 5:28 pm. Multiple cars went through the drive-thru while four of us sat parked in the stalls. When we still hadn't received the order by 6:00 pm my daughter got out of the car to press the button on the walk-up menu. The car hop said that they had in fact seen the order and would get around to bringing it to us. Thirty minutes is how long it takes Chili's to bring the meal to a table. Our order should not have taken that long. The tip was not deserved.

  This location routinely and dishonestly omits standard ingredients. It hurts the entire brand and has demoted the Sonic brand to me as a third tier junk restaurant. McDonalds, Wendy's, and others would not do this shit to you. Makes you wonder what other corners are being cut and lies are being told.

  The parking lot is poorly configured, so if it's happy hour do NOT park on the drive thru side of the building -or plan to be there until happy hour ends. The people are friendly & the drinks are cold.

  I couldn't even rate this. I tried Sonics again at the 21st and Tyler location, and was disappointed. The food was disgusting, and I'm not trying to be mean. I don't know what has happened to these Sonics.
