  Used to be good food but the employees just don't care the tots are over greasy and not very many burgers are under cooked do better Sonic

  When coming here to eat at a stall, be prepared to receive some attitude. We asked for 2 spoons to this guy who gave us our food. He asked what it was for amd we said for our tatter tots and he said "well there are forks" we said that we still wanted some spoons. He sighed and rolled his eyes. When he came back we thanked him and he still had an attitude.

  Waited in a stall for 5 minutes before being told that only drive thru was open. This was around 4:30 and others were parked there too and had just been served. They also put onions on my order despite my request. I have an allergy.

  I ordered on the sonic app and went to the drive thru to check in. I waited a bit then someone came on saying I'll be with you in a minute. So I waited and no one came back. We t to a stall to check in and have been waiting for 5 mins already. I ordered 2 drinks. Okay a few minutes later we get our drinks. The lady apparently is the only person working the front end. It was pretty busy. I feel bad for this girl.

  A LIT cigarette in the kitchen. That alone should tell you everything. We were already sitting in the drive-thru way longer than normal, but once we got to the window it made sense—she was on her phone, not paying attention, and had us repeat our order THREE separate times. Keep in mind this AFTER we sat in a stall for 10 mins and someone finally answered and told us to go to the drive thru instead.. It honestly should’ve clicked sooner when the customer in front of us had to walk her through making her own drink… like step-by-step telling her what syrups and ingredients to add. And somehow, even after all that, ours still came out wrong. I asked for an exchange, and even that wasn’t right. We pulled away and my partner realized his drink was basically straight syrup he never even asked for. So yeah—don’t waste your money on the new refresher drinks here, they do them DIRTY. Between the insane wait, lack of attention, and the fact there’s literally someone smoking in the kitchen, this place is beyond unprofessional. I was genuinely shocked.
