Ordered 3 burgers, 2 totts, 1 fry, 1 mozzarella sticks, and 3 drinks. All food was cold except the mozzarella sticks and I only live 3 blocks away from this location which doesn't make since why it would be cold.
1 cheeseburger NO ONION plain (It was definitely plain)
1 double cheeseburger (it came with sooooooo much mayo it leaked through wrapper)
1 double Bacon cheeseburger (again soooooo much mayo it leaked through wrapper and bag. It also did NOT have Bacon which I double checked the receipt to make sure it said Bacon and it did but didn't receive Bacon.

I ordered a burger tomato only said it 3 times only tomato I get to the window I said tomato only right she said yea an got charged for a tomato then I get half way home u know gas high I take a bite it got everything on it so of course I turn around go back an they had a attitude with me after paying 12dollars an having to come back very bad customer service I will never eat there again

When you pull your hot dog out of the wrapper all the cheese goes with the wrapper and very little stays with the hot dog. I went to the drive-thru so I didn't stay and eat so it's Sonic there's no real atmosphere.

This location has always been our "regular spot" over the past 6 years and we've never really had a problem until recently...Today I had my 2nd "bad" in counter this week with the same employee. 🙄 Other staff members said she was new so I excused the first incident I had when it took her 30 mins and 4 times to bring the correct order to my car, it was always someone else's order. When we kept telling her it wasn't ours she got mad and started ignoring our car completely for nearly half an hour! We had to wave down another employee to bring our food out correctly. Today same employee comes up to my car again and doesn't acknowledge a SINGLE thing no "hi" no confirmation of my order or anything just SILENCE! as she aggressively starts handing me bag after bag and then just turns around and walks away...like What? I start to think it doesn't matter if you are new or not it doesn't excuse the poor service and attitude every time. It's nice to know you can be giving out someone else's orders to whoever just because of lack of care for your job.
