  This sonic is pathetic. Customer service is horrible, shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to make a simple order. Sonic needs to fire everyone who works here and start fresh,

  Ordered 2 shakes and for one of my shakes chocolate and strawberry and instead got vanilla, also I ordered an extra topping for my chocolate shake and got none. 😡😡😡

  We pulled in really quick for 2 medium waters on a hot day and no one answered the drive thru speaker. So, at least 3 cars pulled away.

  I love sonic. Especially their drinks and their ice. Recently, ive been addicted to a diet dr pepper with cream and cherry. So good if made correctly. The problem is its horrible if the sonic doesnt actually put the extras in. If they put so little cream in that you can see no color change to the cola, it just tastes like the cola is off. I have to drive past the sonic on maple and 135 because this happens every time.
