    Ordered a single in the value meal and a double burger. Each with modifications. They did some of the double burger modifications on the value meal single burger. The other burger that was supposed to be a double was a single and not correct either. Tots were barely warm. Haven't been to Sonic for years due to not being able to get the orders correct. Looks not nothing has improved.

    This sonic is pathetic. Customer service is horrible, shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to make a simple order. Sonic needs to fire everyone who works here and start fresh,

    Ordered 2 shakes and for one of my shakes chocolate and strawberry and instead got vanilla, also I ordered an extra topping for my chocolate shake and got none. 😡😡😡
