  Did a mobile order. Arrived and thankfully checked my food. Burger was wrong, got tots instead of fries, missing ranch dip for chicken and missing daughter jr bacon burger completely. Called the store, explained missing items and got an iffy apology and they hung on me while I tried to ask for ranch dipping sauce. Took 12 minutes to remake. No sauce but whatever. Won’t be back.

  I have enjoyed the food only problem is the wait time. Even ordering on the app you will still wait about 30mins.

  I ordered two sonic blasts and a small amount of toppings were just placed on top of a ton of ice cream that tasted rancid.

  I really wish this location would re-train their employees. This is such a nice, clean area and I feel like the sonic should be the same. My orders always come out wrong and the drinks are made very sloppily. (My lid is never sealed, the syrup is on the side of the cup) I’d love if this location could get it together bc it’s right next to my house. I go out of my way now to the one on 21st bc I’m disappointed at this location every single time.
