  It is a Sonic in a decent part of town, right next to WSU and the Maya Angelou Public Library. It seems more updated than some. Plenty of stalls and outdoor seating if you want. Also the drive thru is fast and convenient for a quick drink

  I've enjoyed this location on S Broadway for the last 2 years. I've never had an issue with the food or the employees. The only issue I've had was when I ordered through the website and doordash delivered. Sonic said my shake had been picked up but the doordasher apparently kept my shake and he ate food while our food was getting cold. It took him 45 minutes to deliver our food so everything was cold. Our house is only 20 minutes from the stor. Luckily I called Sonic and spoke to Julie the manager and she sent several coupons to help make up for the horrible doordasher incident. Thank You Julie!!

  Sure would be nice if they didn't let an employee park his motorcycle in the mobile pickup spot since the only have to wth.. ....

  Ordered at one of the parking spots. The girl who took our order asked which stall we were at, which we which we didn't think was an issue until we NEVER got our order. Every single item had to be repeated multiple times. We had a basic order. 2 lrg chili cheese tots, a hotdog and a cherry limeade. We waited 15 minutes before we left. They were not busy at all. There was only one other customer who arrived after we got there and also received their items before us. There usually is always some small minor inconvenience that happens whenever we come. It's fast food things happen. It's just this overall experience was the worst yet.

  I just have to take a moment to recognize the sweetest carhop at the Sonic Drive-In downtown location. Carrie. In a world that can feel rushed and heavy, her energy was such a breath of fresh air. Her smile was genuine, her kindness felt effortless, and the way she showed up with such a warm, positive spirit honestly meant more than she probably realizes. You can tell when someone carries light within them… and she absolutely does. It wasn’t just good service, it was the kind of human connection we all need more of. The kind that reminds you there are still really good, kind-hearted people out here making a difference in small but powerful ways. I truly hope life continues to pour blessings into her the same way she pours kindness into others. She deserves it. Thank you for being a bright spot in someone’s day. It matters more than you know. 💛
