  The location N of Kellogg on Broadway specifically, could have a TON of things said about thing the crew has no control over just because of the area itself, but I'd like to shout out the people specifically during happy hour time, that have been working in at least the month of July and August 2026. They are ALWAYS working so hard, we all know food service can be horrendous to its workers, but they have never been anything other than kind and professional and sweet even looking exhausted. Under paid, and over worked. I go almost everyday with something different to order, and they did forget my ranch JUST ONCE lol but I always get a cranberry limeade with strawberry in all different sizes, it's always perfect. I just wanted them recognized for being a great crew that clearly works efficiently together even in a spicy side of town with hurdles they push through with a smile. Thanks y'all. See ya tomorrow.

  Jules helped me after the assistant manager was rude. He was clearly frustrated by the lunch rush but Jules gave great customer service. I will definitely come back.

  Ordered chili cheese fries got tots with hardley any cheese or chili on them. This store is pathetic.

  Don't get the sonic blasts here. I git a medium peanut butter cup one and it only had the crumbles on the top and the rest was only vanilla ice cream 😔
