- JDJ. Basil DannebohmMay 25, 20261.0I've given this location 3 chances, each time they blew it. But they didn't just blow it. They blew it in the most epic fashion possible. On the first occasion, delivery (though ordered via the Pizza Hut app was done via a third party), was cold. On the second occasion, I ordered a taco pizza. When I went to pick it up they said they were out of lettuce so they replaced it with pepperoni. I assumed they meant the pizza. No, they used pepperoni in place of lettuce ... on a taco pizza. Refried beans, tomatoes, salsa, cheddar cheese ... and pepperoni. They claimed they would offer a discount for the absence of lettuce. They never did. When I shared my concerns with a friend of mine at Yum! Brands corporate headquarters, he sent me a code for a free pizza. Reluctantly, I used the code. The meat lovers pizza was so greasy that I had to get my car seat upholstery cleaned by a professional. The crust was malformed and did not even resemble corporate standards. To call it a train wreck would be an insult to a train. They say third time's a charm or three strikes and you're out. This Pizza Hut location is not only out, it should frankly be shut down by Yum! Brands. Seriously. Don't waste your time or money.

- EEEmilyApr 15, 20261.0don’t bother ordering after the lobby closes. i had ordered carry-out and went through the drive-thru, the lady in there never came to the window even when she was near it, she never made eye contact and never gave us our order. i waited from 8:22-8:40ish and never once did she make any sort of acknowledgment to the window. luckily we had not paid yet.
