  Biggest pet peeve: when I order EXTRA marinara sauce for bread sticks and not only not receiving the extra one, but not even receiving the one the order is supposed to come with. WHO wants to eat dry bread sticks with no marinara sauce??? Sure I could have checked the box before I left, but I was intentionally told to my face that the “extra sauce is in the box”. So I should have been able to trust that the sauce was there. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BOX or bag. I’m done with Pizza Hut.

  I ordered the food got a message that it was being delivered l. I waited for thirty mins. When it gets here everything isn't here. The guy tried say it's in the box and it wasn't. Mind you I'm missing stuff and it's thirty mins late and the pizza hut guy asks me to give him a tip. Like wow you want a tip for poor service. I also tried to call the store and all it did was ring for ten mins. Never again will I order at this location on West street.

  The past 3 times I've ordered I've asked for light sauce and each time they have not done it. If anything, it feels like they're putting on more

  I ordered a thin crust light on the sauce and a hand tossed both pepperoni pizza it was even repeated to the lady 3 times, I get home and both are hand tossed pizzas, customer service does not answer those calls at all so your just stuck with food you didnt order or want!!!!! Super done pizza hut done!

  Worst service ever! Called in and placed an order. Price didn’t add up, but I thought I’ll check it when it gets here. Over an hour goes by and no delivery. Called and they had no record of my order. They have permanently lost my business!
