  MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY FAILURE; including but not limited to hanging up on customers and a rude attitude. I am leaving this review to publicly document a severe lack of professionalism by the supervisor on duty today. I called this location to resolve an issue, and the individual who answered identified themselves as the supervisor. Not only was he incredibly rude from the start, but when I politely asked for his name so I could document who I was speaking with, he flatly refused. When I asked why he wouldn't provide his name, he hung up the phone on me. I called back immediately. Instead of de-escalating or apologizing for dropping the call, he doubled down on his hostile and unprofessional attitude. I have a timestamped phone log recording that explicitly proves this individual was the supervisor managing the floor during this shift. It is completely unacceptable for management to weaponize anonymity, refuse basic accountability, and hang up on paying customers. If this is how the leadership conducts themselves, I have zero trust in how the rest of the staff operates or how the food is handled. Do not bring your business to this North West Street location. If you want baseline professional service and managers who respect their customers, take your hard-earned money and paying support to Domino's instead.
