  Oliver store Horrible service. Spent $52 on an order for my family for a going away party I was told through text it was being delivered by a third party when received our order an hour later was missing 2 orders of chicken wings and our 2 liter. Called to report this I understand mistakes happen was told they would remake my whole order if I came up there and got it then was told never mind they will resend me my order for free and it would be another 40 minutes. They apologized I was already extremely frustrated but said ok. I did pay $50 id like my food. Waited another hour!! Then the manager calls saying she had to come in because it was a shit show in the lobby and had to deal with 30 people before dealing with me! Said she would give me $10 credit ,which never came through, and resend the chicken wings and pop but that there were no drivers so would have to be door dash yet again, and could take another 40 minutes. 3 hours for just chicken and a 2 liter of pop! I waited until 11pm for an order I placed at like 5pm that never came. I want refunded what wasn’t promised 3 times I will never order here again! Insanity. Don’t hire door dash to deliver for your business or get new employees because this is awful business.

  They lost a sale because they hardly ever answer the phones their app always has glitches and barely ever works the food quality not so great and their delivery fee is outrageous they don't even deliver their own food they have doordash do it and doordash only charges $4.99 compared to 6.99 from Pizza Hut. Delivery fees are just too high.

  Their pizza is good, but their service, management, and employees are absolutely terrible. They do not know how to communicate or run a business professionally and they have no knowledge in the job they are in. Three times now they have conveniently not had a driver and waited over 10 minutes after I placed the order to inform me of this which delayed the expected time. I went in person to pick the pizza up and have a discussion with the manager, and he seems to have a very poor attitude with very little attempt to resolve the situation. They had also messed up my payment when they switched it from delivery to pick up and chose not to communicate that to me. I strongly recommend that if you are wanting pizza go anywhere else.

  DO NOT order from this location. I placed an order for delivery at 5:22pm: 1 pizza and breadsticks. I live less than one mile from the store. I waited 2+ hours and never received my order. I called 3 times and was placed on hold every time with nobody picking up. I have never experienced such terrible service and will be calling for a refund.
