  Tonight at like 6:15pm my significant other and I ordered a pizza from this location for delivery and it said it should be delivered by 6:58 … it got to be 7:30pm and the driver hadn’t even picked it up so we called the store… apparently Pizza Hut doesn’t hire their own delivery drivers anymore because they said they were waiting for DoorDash to come pick it up. By 8pm we gave up and went to the store to go get it . It wasn’t warm and the quality wasn’t great and they didn’t refund us. They took off the delivery charge but that’s it … this stores service has been a problem for a long long time. It used to be great a couple years ago but it’s really gone down hill which is a shame . I feel like we deserve a refund because it was lukewarm by the time we FINALLY got it and had to pick it up even though we ordered delivery

  I came in yesterday and I was waiting for my pizza. I thought it should have been done when I arrived. It seemed like every worker there didn’t care about their job at all. I sat there quietly watching and the manager. I think it was the manager of the whole store was trying to get everyone to work. She was ..literally I saw her putting tomato paste on the pre-on the pizzas before they went in the oven. Rushing to get the pizzas coming out of the oven and the whole time trying to get the other workers to work ..for them to just brush her off and really, I thought they were talking crap under their breath.. It was crazy because it seemed like the manager was younger than all of them, but before I left, my pizza still wasn’t done the manager who was getting no help from anybody. I’m pretty sure she gave up and quit and walked out. I felt bad for her and my pizza and wings were finished literally 15 minutes later .. I don’t or haven’t left a review on here on Google in a while and usually my reviews are if there’s a great service, but this , what I witnessed made me upset. The manager tried her best to get these guys to work as a team and help and there’s in my opinion. Nothing anyone could do unless you were a Boot Camp drill sergeant anyways I think the manager was very nice. I talked to her when I walked in, she told me it would be a minute, and then I watched her bust her butt while everyone else messed around. I hope that the manager comes back and has her job back because I’ve come to this Pizza Hut quite a bit over the years end really she’s the first one that has been polite to me there in a long while. i think her name was ilesha or ilea or i something i heard someone call her … anyways i hope you go back to work and get a raise if you ever get to see this.. thank you and only you for making my dinner that night or trying to with no help.you are awesome!!!

  The new store manager is really something, despite having a lobby full of customers and a staff back talking she still managed to get our pizza out fairly quickly compared to how things have been. The management needs reevaluated with the way they talk to her. Best looking pizza we've had in a while. Things are starting to turn around here. Thank you Lea. Better jr management and this place will thrive!!

  ABSOLUTELY AVOID PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS! (Caden, a 17 year old kid, was doing great things all things considered, but screw the rest.) We ordered at 751pm and delivery was set to be 851. 910 rolls around and no delivery. I call the store and Caden answered the phone. He says that the delivery has been messy the last week due to technical issues and that a delivery would not happen since they dont have a driver. He had said a refund could be issued for the delivery since it never happened. I went into the store and talked this out with Caden. I learned that this guy is practically running the show by himself as the manager is MIA and wouldn't do anything about this order. I had got my 1 hour old food and apologised Caden had to work like this. Caden if you ever see this, you deserve far more than this place will ever offer you. Pizza Hut is a goner. I have requested a chargeback on my card since this was practically fraud.
