- LELa Toya EasterwoodMay 1, 20263.0Cinnamon sticks were burnt. We didnt do the order check before I left. They have a sign that says they can't hear in the back but they have a bell notification that tells them someone arrived. They forgot something in my order so I kept making the notification go off. They actively ignored it for almost 4 or 5 mins until I had to get their attention. Including one person I know heard mevand still left out the back door. Poor customer service.

The delivery driver got lost going less than two miles. We had to stay on the phone with him the entire time and send him screenshots with pictures showing him where to go. 2) Noticed today that the receipt that was given to me was someone else’s receipt with their personal phone number and address on it. 3) Called the location to see if I could get the receipt for the corporate card expense. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I’ve called back multiple times.

- LLLatiahaFeb 21, 20261.0I ordered 2 personal pans. My personal pans was beef. I had a total of 11 pieces of beef on my pizza. In addition to that they now charge for parmesan cheese. There are so many other pizza establishments to go to where they actually put meat on your pizza AND dont charge extra for the parmesan cheese. I won't be going back!

They don’t know how to answer a phone or emails about any sort of complaints. It’s been over a couple weeks since they said they would get back to me and still haven’t heard anything. Even sent up a follow up email regarding my issues. Not a fan. 🚫
