  Horrible experience. Went in the day prior to order for a kids party the following day. Was supposed to be delivered by eleven. Nobody ever showed up, nor would they answer the phone at the store. I had to drive to the store and pick it up myself. When I asked where my pizza was, I was told there wasn’t a driver. When I asked why they didn’t call, the store clerk said “she was busy”. After all that, the order was still wrong. Steer clear. Absolute train wreck.

  No one is wearing head coverings or gloves, just watched a guy leaning over a fresh pizza scratch his head, shake his hair (still over the pizza), and then go back to cutting pizzas.

  What the heck is up with this place. Papa John's Corp. Should force them to sell the franchise. Guess I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. Messed up my order and lied about it. Offered no resolution. Fire the manager!

  I went to the ppapa johns on w McCormick off of w. Kellogg, they had just opened. I seen that worker finishing up a pizza and placed it in the oven at which point she told me it would be just a few minutes. I replied ok, I went back out to my vehicle to tell the others what was up. I waited a few minutes and went back inside. At that point the worker was stacking pizza boxes,clearly not ready to take my order. So I went back out a little irritated,waited and after about 5/7 minutes I returned in the store and then asked if she had time for my order yet,as she continues putting stuckers on the sides of boxes replied no not yet. I then said you know what, nevermind and have a great day. That is the second time being way beyond unsatisfied from that location. I will never return to paoa John's stores ever again.
