  To the person at the drive-through, who incorrectly rang up my steak, egg and cheese bagel as a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. Please don’t catch an attitude the next time like it’s my fault. Customer service is awful.

  Every time I come here someone has an attitude, the person taking the order, to the person taking the money, the person handing my food didn't even nothing which is cool idc. But to tell you what I want and you get it wrong. 3 times because you're rushing me instead of listening to me is very. Irritating.. i understand you're on a time limit.But lordy its 9 in the morning.

  frozen milk at 11 when its 70 degrees(after waitin in line 40 min) cars were backed around the building🙄🙄🙄🙄😤😤traited for some trash sprite🤮🤮🤮🤮

  I waited over 16 minutes outside for a drive thru order for one of the staff to tell me it would be right out they ran into a rush when in fact they did not and they have brought food out to other customers that got there after I did

  This compliment is going out to a new employee that you have at the facility his name is Brendan and he was actually at another facility that he actually helped do the same thing for ever since he has been at the new one off of hillside I have seen people actually answer the intercom which doesn't happen very often and the atmosphere is so much more calmer there the people are actually at their stations and there's actually people who will answer the window I used to go there and wait for at least 15 minutes for someone to actually go to the window or I had to call the location to ask them if they were open cuz nobody was around and he also has got the machines to work better I usually have to wait a while to get a drink and I can tell you that the food is way fresher the biscuits are perfect I actually get cheese on my biscuit now which even though if I ordered it I never got it I don't know why but it is definitely a good atmosphere now the food is better the people are better and it's just all around great service keep doing a great job Brendan.
