- NBNicole Budd6 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile pick up order got into the parking spot entered the number, app said the order would be out in 2-5 minutes waited and waited never arrived so I went in to ask about it. The lady working tonight was so extremely rude and unhelpful, she asked me for a code and I told her I don’t have one and didn’t know what she was talking about. She said I can’t help you without the code. I showed her the app order and email confirmation and she walked off. We had to go get another person involved to get it resolved.

This isn't the first time I've been skipped or completely missed. This 2 lane drive up sucks. I need to stop eating McDonald's anyways so I might as well stop now.

I asked for no salt on the fries and they came out hot and crispy. The new Sprite berry drink is delicious and I will be getting it again and trying their new refreshers. Of course you have to have an apple pie for dessert, I wanted a vanilla shake but it seems they clean their machines at night; it is nice that the app shows the shakes being unavailable
- JJJeremy JayMay 3, 20261.0I came in just now and asked for regular chickens add cheese, instead I got spicy and asked to changed them an then I was given regular chickens without any cheese after I asked them to correct that that gave me the same spicy mcchickens with cheese that I gave back to them…. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Workers are obviously not educated!!!!
