  Went through drive-thru...no one in line. Was told to wait...waited for several minutes and pulled up to the window to see employee doing nothing. Went to the next window and tried to explain to the manager my experience and she got an attitude.

  I came to this establishment earlier to get a singular 10 piece, they forgot my sauce, they DID NOT give me my drink, they took 40 MINUTES for 10 chicken nuggets, and to top it off, I seen two FEMALE coworkers making out on top of the table where the food is. This is unacceptable from this establishment. these NEED to be corrected IMMEDIATELY.

  I ordered a large fry and it was half empty and they were cold in the middle lik they weren't even cooked thoroughly. I called hoping to go under to the store and get a new fry and some guy named Angel was rude and said I probably ate them, and basically said there was nothing he was going to do to make it right. He has terrible customer service skills and a horrible attitude 🙄.

  Tuve un mal servicio porque la manager Rachel se estaba peleando con una empleada y cuando me dio la comida, la tiró, cayó al piso, no pidió disculpas y no me quiso dar otro. Para que tomen en cuenta que esa manager no es educada ni respetuosa. Revisen las cámaras, martes 5/5 a las 4:40

  Never had as many persistant issues as with this location. Consistent long wait times along with order instructions rarely followed. Save yourself the headache and simply go to a different location.
