Good food, fast and friendly service. Very clean.
On May 1st, I visited for breakfast with my 3-year-old. I asked about getting a toy, and the store manager told me it would cost $2.50. I understand that’s the policy, but in the past, employees have occasionally provided one, especially since I visit and spend money here regularly.
When I asked another employee, she was willing to help, but the manager stepped in and stopped it. This upset my child, and the situation felt unnecessarily rigid.
I respect that policies exist, but I wanted to share that this experience felt disappointing compared to past visits.
Because of this. I know McDonald’s won’t notice but I will never eat at Mc Donald’s again
You guys need to update your hours from 24 hours to closed between 3-5 AM. Considering your employees refuse to serve food during those hours, and talk trash to customers who ask when breakfast will be available.
Why pay a whole crew of people overnight to NOT work? Makes no sense, 0/10 customer service.

On 4.19.26 at 11:30 am, why are you serving yesterday's fries, refried? Do you people not know that people can tell when you are serving them old fries? They were awful, so the birds outside got all our fries. You even gave my grandchildren old fries in their happy meals. Those meals are not happy when you do that. My husband's big mac was not fresh either. The women's bathroom smelled like raw sewage when I had to take my granddaughter to potty. I almost puked. The place was dirty too. That early in the afternoon, it should not be that way. Also, nobody was paying attention to the counter. Quite a few employees walking around and even at couple walked by the counter, but numerous people were standing there for quite some time. If you want to go to just kiosk ordering, then block off the counter or remove the registers all together.

I came in on Saturday morning, March 28 to pick up an order at 7:35 AM and was not greeted by anyone. I stood at the counter and waited until a Hispanic woman with a headset on got off of her phone in which she was tending to fries and using her phone texting incessantly, while I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for her to acknowledge me.
Then she was rude and asked me what my code was. Then she would not give me my food and held the bag very aggressively.
I told her I was going to report her and she said go ahead. I’ll report you too.
Get yourself some new management if this is management. She’s not even worthy of being a manager. If she’s the first thing that you’re client see, first thing in the experience, you’ve got a mess on your hands. This woman should be fired for cross contamination. No gloves. Handling her phone while preparing food.
