Ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins in drive thru. Missing the egg on both.
Trina at the McDonald’s drive thru on Maize & 21st did an awesome job! She was super friendly, polite, and had a great attitude. The service was quick, our order was right, and she made the whole experience better just by being so welcoming. It’s always nice to see someone who actually cares about giving good customer service. Keep up the great work, Trina! 🙌🍟 she also helped me with my truck shes into cars and my poor truck ran out of power so she helped me jump it thank you she deserves a raise 👏

It's McDonald's they have it in you know it's just you know McDonald's man saying every time so awesome
The morning shift manager, I believe with an S name, yelled at me for not using the curbside pick up for my online order, I told her the app did not allow me to do so and instructed me to go to the drive thru. She kept interrupting me, accused me of trying to just get a refund, refused to let me speak, shoved my food at me and slammed the window in my face. She did not even give me my drink, I sat in the drive thru for nearly a minute, even honking, and she ignored me. I had to ask a car hop for help, who was just as shocked as I was, when a terrified teenager brought me my drink and apologized. Not the grown woman, who chewed me out over an app issue, a teenager girl was sent to deal with an angry customer.
Genuinely disgusting behavior from not only a grown woman, but a manager. The fact she sent a small teenager to diffuse an angry customer really upsets me the most. The bar for McDonald's employees cannot get any lower.

Trying to order a happy meal has become increasingly expensive. First they charge more for the meal as is, then, they also charge you to add cheese, because it's no longer a cheeseburger meal. Now they are also charging to remove onions or make any modification on any food item. This is a problem, because my daughter is allergic to onions. They are charging me to help her avoid anaphylaxis...When is it enough McDonald's? I'm a single mom struggling to make ends meet who just wants to get a cheap and easy meal for a kid who isn't feeling well this week. Now I'm charged as if i've gotten an extra couple dollar menu items (that don't exist anymore), just to add some cheese, remove onions, and choose a milk instead of a soda. I understand times are changing and everything is costing more everywhere because of greed, but this is McDonald's we're talking about. It isn't a luxury restaurant, and I find it absolutely disgusting how expensive a happy meal, or anything there, is getting. I wouldn't be surprised if they started charging for refills, or for dining in to use their chairs, or for breathing their damn air. If I'm being charged for every single thing, I expect the food to be the best thing I've eaten in a while, and for everything to be clean and nice. Mcdonald's is not that at all at any location or state. It's horrible for you, the people are always miserable and rude, and it's supposed to be priced to match the experience.
