I ordered online, got there for pickup 20 minutes later and the staff was just standing around with no customers or cars in line, and hadn't even started my order. Another time I went in and ordered, it took about 26 minutes.

The potato salad container was half full. The app wouldn't work at all. I stick with the JJ's in El Dorado, they're great!
