    My boyfriend forgot his phone while we were here by mistake. It was two hours later until we realized. The location showed it was there so I called the store to see if it was so they could grab it so no one would take it. I believe someone named Mike (could totally be arong) answered, I told him the details. After getting back on the phone with me, he claimed to check the safe and offices, as well as around the store and did not see any phone. I told him again, that it has to be there somewhere as the location showed directly inside the store. (Mind you, I don't expect him to like do a deep search, but a literal walk around the restaurant, he absolutely would have found/seen the phone easily). He stated again he didn't locate anything when he "checked" around. I told him that's fine, we will come check. Thankfully we stay like two minutes away and got there quickly. As soon as I walked in the door, there his phone was sitting on the counter, only a few steps from the front door and the trashcan. If I didn't live this close and wasn't able to come see for myself or the location for the phone wasn't on, it probably would have been stolen eventually. All I asked was that you check your dining room and counters, but you sat there arguing instead saying it's definitely under no circumstances there; MEANWHILE, it's there. Thankful we got the phone back but boo on the neglectful customer service, takes less than five minutes to just check around for someone's property. What if it had been a medical device that was missing, are we still this careless? Just do better. Today it's a phone, tomorrow it could be someone's life saving measures to survive (not to be dramatic but it's true).

    I actually love Jimmy John's but the soda at this location is ALWAYS terrible and it doesn't matter which soda you get ALL of them are bad.

    I just came through the drive through and waited 27 mins for 4 sandwiches. There were only two cars in front of me. The manager couldn’t have cared less and offered nothing but a fake apology. I’ve seen lots of up others complain about the wait time too. There’s NO excuse for sandwiches to take that long. IF you are that behind you need to warn folks when ordering. I saw two people behind me just pull out of line and leave. Something needs done ! Not fast not freaking !

    Well after the first sandwich we order 2 more, just as good and via grubhub, and 2 loaves on the side.
