  Was't able to go get something so I had a delivered combo where I customized the sandwich. Sandwich turned out perfect. Driver called to make sure he was dropping it off at the right office building. Was very fast too. Thank you for the excellent service.

  I have ordered from this particular Jimmy John's location for the past couple of years. In that amount of time, my order has been wrong at least over 20 times. Today I ordered online; a turkey tom w/ no cucumbers or tomatoes, and add cheese. When I got my order, my sandwich had ONLY cheese on it. I called the store and told them what had happened and they immediately brought me out the correct sandwich. I bit into my sandwich and guess what! Wrong sandwich, yet again! It is always something with this store. They either forget to deliver the drinks, bring the wrong drink, make the wrong sandwich, etc. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes. However, after multiple times of informing the managers of my experience, NOTHING CHANGES! The manager I spoke to today did not apologize or even say anything for that matter! He was just silent on the phone. I am frustrated because I love Jimmy John's but now I have to go out of my way if I want to eat there because the one closest by my house can't make a damn sandwich or take a simple order! It is not rocket science. Please find new managers.
