    Ordered on the JJJ site. “Scary fast” delivery….an hour later! They sent it to Uber eats and II HATE tipping on the front end. First and last order JJ.

    Unbelievably bad customer service. Almost 30 minutes before they closed, lady straight up ignored me in the drive-thru, literally pulled up to the drive-thru window and she stands there cleaning looking at me and literally acts like I'm not there. I had to go inside to place my order. Sorry you hate your job get a different one maybe instead of literally ignoring customers. RIP to the 2 people in the drive-thru line
