- JVJohnetta ValenzuelaSep 28, 20261.0I went yesterday. When I left I noticed my food was extremely dry. My husband had almost finished his before he told me his was dry as well. I had choked on it because it was that dry. I called this location after I looked at what came on the food. On mine all dressings and lettuce were missing. No oil, vinegar, mayo, seasoning at all. My husband had mayo missing. The lady that answered said oh come back and we will remake it. I asked did I need to bring the food back because my husband had already ate his. She said yeah and then said so I guess it wasnt that bad huh? Yep I said I'm calling corporate and hung up. Which the general manager called me and told me I had to give them another try to make it after this encounter and I think imma just let them keep it. To me its not worth it. I'll add photos. I ordered exactly how it was on the menu no changes.

An employee lowered the volume twice while we were ordering but I still couldn't understand what my son was trying to say to me so we ended up taking our food to go and ate in the car instead of eating in the restaurant as we planned.
- JBJohn BrantJul 12, 20263.0Ordered from Jimmy John's on 7/12/26 for delivery. This review is mostly about delivery, which they contract through Uber. Delivery was on time and food was good, however, delivery instructions were not followed. The delivery instructions are on the ticket stapled to the bag, "Please leave on porch. Thanks!!" Driver rang the bell multiple times even after I communicated through the doorbell to leave it on the porch. I am a little disabled and it takes a minute to get to the door, that's why I ask deliveries to be left so they don't have to wait on me. The order was finally left and the food was great. Here's the petty part, there was no napkins or straw in the bag. I can overlook that part. Much better service when Jimmy John's did their own delivery. Do better.
