- JBJim Baldwin3 days ago1.0I ordered two hamburgers and fries (for my wife and I). I explained to the cashier that I wanted two bags (a burger and fry in each one). When I got the order it was all in one bag. I asked for extra lettuce one one burger, which was noted on the ticket. What I got was a single leaf of lettuce that was so thin I could see thru it. When I got them home to eat we found that was gristle in every other bite. It was so bad my wife threw half of hers away. So to sum up - poor service, stingy on sides, and poor quality meat. And overpriced as well. I guess the glory days of Five Guys is over.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
