    I want to preface this with this has been a one time occurrence, I love Dutch Bros and I love this location. But today I had a horrible experience. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or what but the girls that helped me today were so rude. I get there around 9:45am, it’s busy which I expected, but what I didn’t expect was to be completely skipped over in line by 2 different people. When I realized what was going on, I flagged one of the girls down and just let her know I was skipped over, she was rude about it. This wouldn’t have been a problem if she wasn’t rude. Then she told me to follow behind the red car, so obviously I did. Then when I got to the window I was accused of cutting other people in line because their orders were not in order, obviously because they skipped me. I’m not sure what they wanted me to do about that, it’s not like I can fly my car behind the others, no I was completely blocked in. Anyways, the girls at the window were also rude because I supposedly cut, mind you it’s the other girl who also skipped me in line and the girl making drinks. Overall, not a great experience today unfortunately. I will be going back tho, love their golden eagle chai.

    Went here for the first time about two weeks ago with a friend, and I’m so glad we did! We went to the walk-up window and asked for some suggestions, and we had the pleasure of meeting Caleb (with a Z!). He was absolutely amazing! He helped us choose something for our first visit and made sure we loved our drinks. I’ve been back a couple of times since, and every experience has been great. A few days ago, another employee took my order outside and was wonderful as well. Then today, I had Caleb (with a Z!) again at the window, and once again, he was top-notch! Honestly, I will be a longtime customer partly because of how incredible Caleb and the rest of the staff are. Caleb has such a great attitude, a genuine smile, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their choices. That kind of customer service really stands out! I’ll eventually expand my horizons and try something new, but so far, the sparkling water with coconut and passion fruit is THE BOMB! 😂🥥🌴 I absolutely love this place, and I especially appreciate employees like Caleb (with a Z!) who make you want to come back. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Customer service seems to have declined at so many places lately, but not here! The staff genuinely makes you feel welcome, and that makes a huge difference. Love this place and will definitely be back! ❤️

    I was there this a.m. Drinks are great but guy with tablet gave himself a healthy tip 50% of my drink order without my knowledge. When you tell me my total i expect that not to be padded. If i want to give a tip i will but wont be back if that is their practice.

    Not the fastest Dutch Bros we’ve ever been to, but they can crank out a good coffee. Employees are friendly.

    We come to this location every time we are in Wichita. They are more than professional and they make our Golden Eagles exactly the way we ask them to!
