Very irritating, they have 2 lines for a reason but only take care of one I've watched people come after me leave and already gone before I've even been talked to. I've spent way too much time waiting. Could've probably finished the 7brew line down the road before I got service here. The coffee was good though.

Waited 20 minutes for my drink, I ended up going and asking where it was, I saw all the employees including the manager shotgunning redbulls, the manager proceeded to tell me they messed up my order and needed to remake it, continued to wait another 5 for them to make it, jus for it to taste like dookie

The drinks are delicious just like at all Dutch Bros., but this is the only location I have been to regardless of the state, that doesn't have a mobile order ready when you get there. I just returned home and there were ZERO cars in line so I pulled up to the window and they hadn't even started our drinks yet. It pains me to say this as I lived in Oregon (Dutch Bros. staterd there) for many years and still visit, but I can't wait until the 7 Brews opens about a mile away. I'll still continue to be a Dutch supporter, but never again at this location after tonight. They don't even try to get it right.

I write this 30 minutes into a 15 car line, with 7 cars still ahead of me. Completely unacceptable. This dutch bros used to have mobile orders ready for pickup with a wait time of <10 minutes at its busiest. Recently they dont even make your order until you’re at the window, wasting everyone’s time.

Love, love, love Dutch Bros and I love this location. My drinks are consistently made exactly how I like them, employees are super friendly, which is wonderful. Feels authentic and I enjoy the connection.
