  I don't know if I'm lucky but I go to a lot of different Dutch Brothers and everyone I've been to nothing but super happy great people working and services awesome thank you keep it up

  Will not be returning to this location. Or any Dutch bros for that matter. Will also tell my friends and family about this experience and hope they pick a better and kinder coffee place to visit. We ordered ahead of time on the app and arrived to get in line at the drive thru. There was a lady in the other line next to us still waiting to order. We continued to pull forward since we had already ordered on the mobile app. The worker that came out to take orders took the order of the lady next to us and then came over to our car and really had the audacity to tell us we needed to back up and let the other lady go ahead of us who had just ordered. Keep in mind we had ordered before she did. She ordered after we did. She threw a fit to the worker that we were inching in line ahead of her. When we got to the window and the issue was brought up at the window we received attitude from the workers and an explanation that made no sense. The explanation was “we go back and forth. It’s every other car”. Okay well we had already ordered and we were in line to be served next. If it wasn’t for the grown woman next to us that threw a literal fit to the worker outside and pointed at our car then we would have been served properly like things should have gone. Any other drive thru that you go to it is ALWAYS first come, first serve. So the explanation that we were given was absolute bull crap. This was a terrible experience and I will not recommend Dutch Bros to anyone seeing as how they pick and choose who they want to serve and in what order. They don’t serve those that are in line first. I have never been disrespected as a paying customer at a coffee place. I’m still just in disbelief that this is how Dutch bros treats customers who bring them business. We used the mobile app, paid, and were served after someone that had ordered AFTER us. Make it make sense. So disappointed.

  My daughter and I were shopping in the area..celebrating my birthday. And happened to stop in for coffee. We had never been here before..it turned into an awesome adventure and a new friend. 😆 Ok ..I hope i get the young lady's name right my daughter and I can't agree but she says Morgan so she's usually right so im going with her. But if you go...I hope you get her!! Just go!! Especially...if your having a bad day!! But ....go!!! It's fun!!!😉😜😝

  This is the best group of humans working at a coffee shop I’ve ever been to! They all deserve raises, and to be rewarded for being amazing human beings regardless of the day they’re having! Blessed to have a coffee stop daily that brings me so many laughs and smiles!
