- JCJared ClarkJul 1, 20261.0Went to this location for the first time as I’m visiting my family from out of state and went on the first holographic sticker day drop. Took 30 min in the drive thru. Finally got our order of 4 drinks and no stickers. Had to ask the girl at window for them and then she only gave me 2. So had to explain to her it says right on the app you get one sticker per drink. She still only gave me one more sticker after asking me if I could say please like I didn’t just pay $25 for 4 drinks. Got home and one of our drinks was made completely wrong. Worst experience at a Dutch bros yet and I have been to a lot.

- HAHaven AyalaMay 5, 20261.0Ordered a medium dragon slayer black tea with light ice and extra sweet and a small golden eagle was charged $12 and the tea is absolutely disgusting it is tart and not sweet at all almost like they didn't add any tea and it's all syrup. Tried to call them to see if I could get it fixed and figure out why I was charged so much and you can't even talk to anyone it goes to a corporate number. As a paying customer this is frustrating, dutch bros needs to think this through a bit better. Won't be coming back to this location!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
