    I usually love this location because the team is normally so sweet! Unfortunately, today’s ordering experience was really uncomfortable. I gave my full order clearly—size, temperature, and sugar-free—and the employee abruptly asked what base I wanted without explaining why. After a confusing exchange where she listed options, I picked one, only for her to tell me they couldn't make that base sugar-free. It was frustrating and delivered with an unfriendly tone. That said, the employee at the window was sweet as always and the final drink was great, but the ordering interaction was a real letdown. This happened today around 7:40-7:50pm Friday August 21st 2026.

    I’ve been to Dutch bros all over the country and this had the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They had full on attitudes.

    The one on Greenwich was very busy and the wait time was anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes!! However with that said their 911 is amazing! It's my favorite go to along with their Pumpkin Spice when it's in season (boo it should be all year around)!!!!
