They were very kind and my drink was ready as soon as I got there, and it’s literally perfect I have no critiques!

These guys make your day. Always friendly, gets to know you and your coffee. Angel, Ann Marie and Joss are our all time faves. All are very upbeat and positive outlooks.

Had a allergy question about some berries in one of their seasonal drink. Max went above and beyond to get my question answered. Already loved this place before and this has made it one of my favorites. Will keep going back. Thanks again, Max!

I usually love this location because the team is normally so sweet! Unfortunately, today’s ordering experience was really uncomfortable. I gave my full order clearly—size, temperature, and sugar-free—and the employee abruptly asked what base I wanted without explaining why. After a confusing exchange where she listed options, I picked one, only for her to tell me they couldn't make that base sugar-free. It was frustrating and delivered with an unfriendly tone. That said, the employee at the window was sweet as always and the final drink was great, but the ordering interaction was a real letdown. This happened today around 7:40-7:50pm Friday August 21st 2026.

I’ve been to Dutch bros all over the country and this had the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They had full on attitudes.
