But that's not the reason they get our order wrong half of the time . Just terrible management when they're there and when they're not there.

The employee at the speaker was extremely curt and unfriendly in his tone. When I arrived at the pickup window, I realized it was the same employee (a white man with a beard) and the attitude was no different. I simply asked for two cups of water to go along with my coffees. I was shocked when I was told that a cup of tap water would cost $1. I have visited plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and have never been asked to pay for a cup of tap water, particularly when I had already placed an order and was picking up two coffees. I was so taken aback by the response that I declined the water and simply left with my coffees.
