- MMMandy MmkayJun 24, 20261.0Came in to pick up the card pub order.And for whatever reason, the staff seems to think that during the rain, even though the only way for us to pick it up is up the window, where we're walking up to it, that they can ignore us, which is crazy, also that they don't think that they have to say anything to the people who are parked at the window?No, please don't park at that window.Because then nobody can drive around you.Nobody can do anything nobody can stand at the window without fear of you.Just looming there, you need to park and parking spots or be having fear that we're going to take photos of you parking in an illegal spot.That's not a parking spot near that window.It's not, it's not a drive through.It's a place to walk up and get your order.And you as employees need to make that appearance when you have customers that don't seem to want to obey the rules because it shouldn't be up to the other customers.To tell these people that they are being ignorant

So we were still charged for the entire order and the employee gave us 3 coupons for a "free" donut. Waste of time. If your mobile app can't reflect what's available in the restaurant then why even have an app? Making customers drive over there expecting the full order only to wait at the window for several minutes before an employee even shows up... They're a mess of an establishment.

I think they must have improved recently since some if these reviews don't match my experience. I love dunkin when ever I'm back on the east coast and this location is a great representation of that.
