- HHHBLDApr 23, 20261.0The employee who is always working had to make my drink twice, and still didn't get it right, it was an iced mocha. They tried to get me to take the wrong drinks they made instead, literally stating they didn't want to have to make another drink. They were super distracted and talking in Hindi with their friends instead of doing their job. I Will NEVER return to this location, as this is the 5th or so time something like this has happened there. This entire store needs to be fired and re-staffed.

It’s posted on the door and the website open tell 8pm. Then I drive around to the drive through thinking maybe they would take my order there, however no response. Everything was turned on but no one helping anyone. I could see the employee sweeping and cleaning the store, but no help. I’m very disappointed. If anything I’m happy my children will not be eating that sugary stuff in the morning anyways. I’m still out the gas and time

I asked them to remake it, which they did, but the croissant wasn’t lightly toasted like I requested. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up at this location. The staff is polite, but they really need to pay more attention to order details. It gets frustrating when you’re paying and still not getting what you asked for.
