  Had a fantastic time at Dave N Busters!! D made sure we had a great time with our service the entire night, especially when it came to my family playing pool, definitely an angel💗

  Lots of games didn’t work. I got tired of going up to the guy to ask they be fixed. My kid’s pizza didn’t even fill her up because it was so small. And the quesadilla was so bland - I’ve had better at hole in the wall dive bars. The chicken in it was cubed (likely previously frozen) little squares and it was just so flavorless. The human crane costs an additional $20, and the service was slow.

  Terrible experience and poor handling of what should have been a simple process. We had points saved in the app and also purchased $20 worth of game credits during dinner. Our waitress was unable to add the credits to our existing card, so she gave us a new card and asked if we wanted the cards combined. We agreed. After checking, we realized the combined card had no more points than our original card. When we brought it to her attention, there was little explanation. She said she would add the 80 points "and call it even?", but when she returned the card, she again provided no proof or details. After checking ourselves, we found only 60 points had been added, not the 80 points we should have received and she said she would add (not everyone can't do math). We were there with two small children and didn't want to spend more time than planned so we just gave up and left. To make matters worse, we also asked about combining points from the app associated with a card we no longer physically have because the app would not allow us to do it ourselves. She initially said she could help, but later came back and told us the card had expired. Does that mean those points are simply lost forever? Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. There was very little communication, no transparency, and we left feeling like our concerns were dismissed. Dave & Buster's really needs a better system for managing cards and rewards, as well as better training for employees dealing with these issues

  We went to celebrate a kid's birthday. D&B is great as an arcade, especially on Wednesday night. However, the food was way too salty. I wish there was a way to tamp that down. I purchased game chips using one of those Eat and Play combos. But that meant my game tokens was added to our food bill. I ended up paying tip on game tokens, which is fine but I wish we could have seen an itemized bill before being handed a POS system with the select how much to tip option from the wait staff. After paying, I got an offer to add game chips from my app. The staff there wrongly told me that I could not use it that day. I went home to read the fine print. That was not accurate. I probably will go back for the games but will skip the food. It was overall a middling experience. P.S. When I went in October with my kid, it was much better. The manager (Korey) was so kind and patient with us as I was localizing game cards and such.
