- AAAndrewOct 6, 20262.0There were overflowing trash bags in the lobby giving off a foul odor. I had to choose my seat strategically in order to not get sick. The soda dispenser area in particular was unpleasant - trashy, smelly, cluttered. All that & the water didn't even work 😅

The entire time I ate the staff were LOUD having conversations the entire store could be apart of as you could hear every single word. The ice machine isnt working *the front door stays its out of service* The food was nice and hot, great flavor and the chicken was good. The meat was actually meat and not fat! Other than the atmosphere and the nasty restrooms the food was great.

WHILE she was helping us, this lady with darker skin walked by shoving steak into her mouth TOUCHING HER MOUTH WITH HER GLOVES, then continued to use those gloves to help with the prep of food behind the line, where they cut the meat. The lady on the line was VERY professional and did an amazing job. Turns out the lady who ran the register WAS INDEED the one shoving her face full of food. She mumbled, was VERY rude, didn't get our requested two drinks on our order, then proceeded to give us a moldy fruit from the fridge. We went back to the counter to notify and swap it out, and she acted like I was the problem when telling her about the mold on the fruit. The Place was DIRTY even though there were 8 people working, and tables were MESSY. Couldn't believe it because AFTER the rush, I could understand... but this was 30 minutes BEFORE everybody showed up. AVOID this Chipotle at ALL COSTS. Not worth the mess, the attitude, or the BAD FOOD they provide. I don't write reviews unless they TRULY earn them... but my goodness. All I got to say is Qdoba is where it's at now. This was Horrific for my ONE SHOT at giving Chipotle a go. Disappointed to say the least.
