  Every place has an off day, so I didn't write a review the first time I had an issue, but now I think it's just the staff at this location that are the issue. Previous experience: I ordered online and arrived at the exact pick-up time listed on my order confirmation. The lady comes to the window and says my name is not anywhere in the system so I must not have ordered here. Then she comes back and says, "we are working on the order before yours. So, you can drive around and wait or whatever you want to do." I parked and waited about 10 minutes, came back around the drive thru, and at that point there was another car at the window who had obviously been waiting a while because she had to get out of the car and tend to her child in the backseat. I finally went in, was ignored for the first minute as I stood in front of the register and then was met with attitude when I asked for my order. Today: The business opens at 10:45am. I placed an order online for pickup at 10:50. I showed up at 10:51 in the drive thru. There are customers entering the front door. The girl comes to the window and points at the lock like I'm supposed to know what she's talking about, then she unlocks the window and before I can say anything, says "Your food most likely isn't ready because we are trying to open." She then gets another girl to ask her about my order, and I am met with an attitude by her, as she asks for my name and tells me they are working on it. Super rude, not helpful, and don't even bother to ask for my name before telling me they haven't made my order yet.

  Still in shock with how dirty this location is!!! All over dirty. Employees busy on their phones instead cleaning. First and last time we come to this nasty place.

  This was the most disgusting chipotle i’ve ever been to. not a single table was clean the line was a disgusting the kitchen was disgusting even the area around the cash register was disgusting. it looks like they had a food fight in there. plus the drink area smelled so foul it ruined my appetite. I don’t know why i even tried to eat the food after seeing the condition of the restaurant. The rice was so hard & the lettuce was sour. I had to throw it away & order pizza. it doesn’t seem like a staffing issue cause there were plenty of employees all seemed to have no sense of urgency.

  Ordered my food online. I ordered my sour cream on the side, I wasn't give a side of sour cream. I paid & used my points to get a side of cilantro lime sauce. I wasn't given that either. I asked one employee for my sauces, she told the employee working the drive through. She seemed very annoyed to have to me give me what I ordered. Will not be going back to this location.

  This is the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s ALWAYS dirty and the service SUCKS. GET IT TOGETHER AND RAISE YOUR STANDARDS. They should pull this franchise from the owner and make it better
