  I ordered food to-go, it was not made by the time promised but I can get over that. My 3 year old and I both had carnitas quesadillas. Well, his was supposed to be, but they gave my son the meat, rice and two tortillas, no cheese or anything. This was on 8/19 and by the early morning of 8/20 I was on the toilet with the worst stomach bug of my life. I thought I caught cyclosporia and got tested but it was negative. Yesterday my son started having GI issues as well. Luckily he didn't eat hardly any of the meat and my husband gets barbacoa so he's fine. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from here. Lesson learned, will not be back!

  My family arrived there at 10:47a and they were not at all prepared to serve customers. We were patient and waited 15 minutes before anyone came to start taking our orders. During that time no one acknowledged us or the other 5 customers that came in after us. Once they started taking our order we realized they did not have the food ready. There was no queso, hard taco shells or even shredded cheese. We decided to leave with only 3 out of the 7 of our group ordering. If they can not be ready to serve customers at 10:45a they need to change their store hours. I will not be returning!

  The food was the standard chipotle, so it was good but that is the only reason they get 2 stars. I have been here several times and the workers responsible for all mobile orders have always been careless, disrespectful, and callous. On top of that, it is a common occurrence at this location to receive a half serving of food if you're lucky. If you can, avoid this location. If you must come, do not use a mobile order here. The photos are 2 examples from our most recent order. The guac was dropped into the queso (that wasn't even part of our order) and not cleaned, and then thrown into the bag carelessly.

  Ordered food online and picked it up in the Chipotlane. The female employee at the window was in NO hurry to attend to customers waiting. It was apparent that she had no desire to provide good customer service as she did not greet us or take pride in her work attire. Her shirt was gross - covered in various stains such as sour cream, queso, salsa, etc. Then, when we received our food, the bag was covered in various slime-y food from sitting on a dirty counter top. We ended up asking to put our food in another bag because it was that gross. The car in front of us did the same. The food was okay. Standard chipotle flavor. Ingredients were thrown together and special requests such as “light” or “extra” of “free” ingredients were ignored. We will not be back to this location due to its lack of cleanliness. If this is what they’re willing to let customers see, I cannot imagine how disgusting staff only areas/tools are. I have already left a review/complaint on the Chipotle website.

  The lady behind the tortilla press needs to go. She put a minuscule amount of meat on my bowl which I’m used to, but what frustrated me was the fact that she had the face as if she was holding back laughter. I was waiting for the 2nd line person to ring up someone’s food in front of me so he could put the cold toppings on my food, then another female customer comes in while I’m waiting. The 1st line lady worker decides to put the hot items in her food, then proceeded to skip over me and ask the customer who was behind me what she wanted in the cold section. After she makes the food for the customer who was behind me, she gets back to me. One of the workers spilled sour cream into the salsa at some point in the day. When I asked for hot salsa, the lady worker decides to skim the top of the salsa, gets the sour cream in the ladle, and puts it in my bowl. I would recommend you avoid this location if she is on the clock. Management should look into their workers more frequently to throw out the bad apples. BTW it was 5:10pm with hardly anyone in the store.
