- SMStephanie Mayfield5 days ago1.0Can we add a thumbs down or a no stars option? Ordered take out got home to eat and the fajita vegetables were so burnt, my whole bowl tasted like ash. Inedible. They also didn't make the order correctly.

When I got home they had slapped my order sticker over someone else’s name and I open it up and it is no where close to what I ordered. Drove back to the restaurant and they remade it but they still did not make it correctly. I ordered guacamole and it must be invisible. I gave up after that. Also their lemonade tastes like water with a little flavoring added. Something is way off in their ratio.

I think they just need some more training. The guacamole was good and my son enjoyed his steak burrito. I would’ve rated them three stars, but my son wanted to rate them 5 stars so we’re meeting in the middle at 4.

Out of fajita veggies and all the meat looked dry on the line. Employees were not engaged with guests unless it was a friend of theirs. Also the guac was all on one side of the burrito and didn’t get a single bite of it until the end. I wrote off chipotle years ago, and usually go to qdoba instead. I thought maybe with a new location my experience would be better, in fact it was one of the worst yet. Was genuinely hoping this location would change my mind on the company. I miss when Chipotle was amazing back in the 2010s… I’ll stick to Qdoba for similar items. Cilantro sauce is whack.
- JBjake bOct 3, 20261.0My attempt to order on the App has proved futile. Over an hour wait, order sent to the wrong location, and multiple battles to find even a hint of customer service is useless. In-store employees refuse to help, only shrugged and said "tough luck", nothing we can do.
